Deposit and Cancellation Policies

Thank you for choosing Wildlife With Ronen for your wildlife photography experience. To ensure a smooth and well-organized workshop, please review our deposit and cancellation policies carefully.

Deposit Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the workshop. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
• Full payment is required by the specified deadline prior to the workshop. Failure to complete payment on time may result in the forfeiture of your spot.

Cancellation Policy

• All payments, including deposits and balances, are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant, subject to approval and any applicable fees.
• Wildlife With Ronen reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, health issues, or insufficient enrollment). In such cases, we will provide a full refund.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, travel disruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
